Mogrin was born in Oyorokoto, Andoni Local Government of Rivers state, being the largest fishing settlement in the West Africa. After his birth,his family trained him in basic education at Oyorokoto, He later proceed to government secondary school Ngo were he obtained SSCE 2010.

After 2years spent in rivpoly were he obtained his National Diploma (ND),he later proceed to Ken Saro-wiwa polytechnic bori (kenpoly) to complete his studies.
